Angel growled to himself, 'That, and complain. Nothing hardly ever satisfies them.'

He had walked away from the bosses seemingly unending negotiation. He just couldn't take anymore. Either they could buy the two horses, or they couldn't. A simple yes or no would suffice, but noooo.....

But that wasn't all that was bothering him. Sierra had taken him aside and told him flat out he needed to 'revise his wardrobe'. Bah! Who cares what he wore, he wasn't even human! And she was probably right too!!!

To put it Niyol's way, he looked like a dorq.

Another growl tore from his throat. He was so busy grumbling and grumping to himself to notice that he was being followed. In fact, he had no idea anything was behind him until it nudged him on the shoulder.

Angel jumped, whirling around, ready to tell off anyone who had the audacity to sneak up on him. He was surprised to see a green Panyx mare standing there, her ears pricked in curiosity at him.

'Hmm...she must have gotten loose somehow....' Angel mused as he resumed his aimless pacing. He couldn't help but smile when he heard hoof steps behind him. Maybe, just maybe, he could convince the negotiators to consider an addition to their....'haggling'.
