Equine Colour Genetics: A TutorialRecently, it seems that the :iconhorseart-rpg: is undergoing a strong movement toward naturally coloured horses, and while I am a supporter of such a movement, I continue to see common mistakes and slip-ups when dealing with genetics and heredity. Note that each culture stylized, even those who pursued mroe naturalistic avenues, so this does not always reflect reality. Also, these are brief observations and I compile this list from memory.Eventually I Either want to actually do some research on this subject and/or create open ARPG breeds based on these body types. we'll see. no, none of this terminology is correct. The order is not chronological to history but is chornological to my research. really just very casual going through. the base for my comparisons is the modern baroque horse: mostly andalusion. For now:Tang Dynasty: beeeefcake bodies, substantial legs, flat faces with prominent eyeridges/eyearea. broad face, deep neck.
